13. Congratulatory Messages and Feedback

MinuCert may post congratulatory messages or highlights of learner achievements on its website or social media platforms. By participating in our programs, you grant permission for your name and course achievements to be shared publicly.

You also agree to provide feedback or testimonials when requested for promotional or service improvement purposes.

14. Miscellaneous

• These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Sackertech regarding the use of MinuCert.
• If any provision is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
• Failure by Sackertech to enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
